Top Twin Cities Home Builder 7 Years In A Row!

Thank you Twin Cities and Central Minnesota for making us a Top 25 Home Builder for seven years running! Since 2015, Progressive Builders has been in the top 25 Twin Cities Builders list every year, reaching #24 this year.

Housing First Minnesota is Minnesota’s trade association for residential builders, remodelers, and building industry suppliers in the Twin Cities and across the state. Every year, they gather information from among all of the builders to populate their Top 25 Builders of The Year list. The list is released in the spring of the following year, so 2021’s numbers were just released.

While the list includes large national and international corporations like Lennar, D.R. Horton Inc., and others who always take the top slots, Progressive Builders has been proud to be one of Central Minnesota’s only builders who make it into the top 25 every year of the past seven years.
